The StandUpSafely.com refund/return policy is as follows:

It's pretty simple.

STANDER INC. PRODUCTS:
Do NOT simply return the product, you must contact us first.

If it breaks, you can contact us for a replacement. A replacement item will be shipped from the manufacturer at no charge after the defective item has been received by the manufacturer.

If it isn't what you really wanted or thought and have not opened and/or assembled it, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price less a 10% restocking fee and the shipping.
